  • Deposit and Cancellation Policy

To secure your tattoo appointment, a $500 deposit is required. This deposit must be paid after a detailed discussion of the tattoo idea, in case both the artist and customer agree to begin the discussed tattoo project. By paying the deposit and booking appointments, the customer agrees to the following terms:

✔︎ The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances and will be applied to the final cost of the tattoo during the final session.

✔︎ Our tattoo artist's hourly rate is $350, and we schedule 4-hour sessions.

✔︎ The deposit guarantees appointment times. Rescheduling requires a 72-hour notice. Failure to show up or reschedule with short notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit, no exceptions.

✔︎ If the date of the next appointment is unclear, the deposit can be held for up to 30 days only.

✔︎ Each appointment can be rescheduled once, with any further rescheduling requiring a new deposit.

✔︎ If you are running late to an appointment, please provide notice. You will be waited for up to 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, a one-hour timer will begin, and the appointment will be canceled if you do not show up. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

  • Style

    - We specialize in IREZUMI style tattoos, creating unique designs tailored specifically for each customer.

    - We never replicate existing designs on skin, opting instead for a creative and original approach.

    - We avoid using hieroglyphs or any type of writing in our tattoos.

    - We strictly prohibit copying other people's tattoos or parts of tattoos. Photos of existing tattoos are only used as reference for desired design elements.

  • Price

The price for any tattoo work is based on an hourly rate and can only be roughly estimated after a detailed discussion of the tattoo idea. We only offer 4-hour sessions at $1500.

  • Confidence

A lifetime project such as a Gaku-Bori tattoo always requires self-confidence, patience, and financial stability to ensure it is not compromised by any circumstances. We don’t recommend to start any projects otherwise.

  • Payments

Payment for tattoo deposits can only be made online and is securely processed through Stripe. For regular tattoo sessions, payment can be made in cash, credit cards, and major cryptocurrencies such as BTC and ETH. Payments must be made in full session price right after each session. Cash and credit cards are accepted, though a small transaction fee will be charged for card payments.

  • Booking

Currently, we only offer discussions via email and take the results of our work seriously. Please request an appointment only if you believe we can achieve what you want. Provide a detailed description of your tattoo idea in your request. We will review it and offer options based on the information provided. We reply to all consultation requests, but it may take some time due to high demand. If you haven't heard back, please reply to the confirmation message you received after submitting your request.

  • Aftercare

    1. Leave the tattoo bandaged until the next morning. If the bandage might come off while you sleep, remove it before bed or immediately upon discovering.

    2. Gently remove the bandage under warm running water to avoid damaging the tattoo.

    3. Wash the tattoo with unscented soap and warm water to remove blood or other body fluids, pat dry, and air dry for 5-10 minutes.

    4. Apply a small amount of recommended lotion to moisturize the tattooed skin. Ensure the lotion is fully absorbed and does not leave residue.

    5. If there is any blood after creaming, gently wipe it away with a paper towel. Do not scrub.

    6. Avoid re-bandaging and keep the tattoo moisturized at least 3-4 times daily throughout the healing process.

    7. Do not pick or scratch the tattoo while it is peeling. Avoid soaking in water, soaping, and washing during a regular shower until it is fully peeled off.

    8. Apply sunscreen after the tattoo is completely healed and avoid prolonged sun exposure for the first few months.

    9. Contact us with any questions or concerns, especially if you experience any unusual reactions.

    10. Remember, proper care of your tattoo is your responsibility once you leave the studio.

    DO:

    - Allow the tattoo to naturally peel on its own without picking or scratching at it.

    - Avoid soaking the tattoo in water for 2 weeks, including swimming, baths, hot tubs, and saunas. Stick to quick showers during this time.

    - Refrain from applying alcohol, Vaseline, Petroleum Jelly, or sunblock until the tattoo is fully healed. Do not shave or wax over the area of the fresh tattoo.

    - Keep the tattoo out of direct sunlight for the first 2-3 months, and use sunblock after it has completely healed.

    - Reach out to the tattoo artist with any questions or concerns, and especially if you notice any unusual reactions on your body.

    - Remember that once you leave the studio, caring for your tattoo is your responsibility.

F.A.Q.

  • What time your studio is open? Can I walk in?

We work by appointments only, NO walk-ins. Our studio is open everyday but Wednesdays.

    Tattooing always: 11 am – 4 pm

  • Can we discuss my tattoo idea by phone/Zoom?

At our studio, we specialize exclusively in custom work, which means that detailed discussions are necessary to understand your unique vision. To facilitate this process, we typically offer email consultations, which are convenient to set up. However, there are occasions when we may invite you to visit us in person for a more in-depth discussion.

Unfortunately discussions over the phone or through Zoom are not supported.

  • I would like to estimate the total price of my tattoo before my discussion. Could I call or email you?

Full price for tattoos cannot be quoted over the phone or email, as it depends on various subjective factors such as the actual size, body location, amount of details, and technical requirements involved. The amount of time needed to complete a project can be roughly estimated after a detailed discussion of the design, not earlier. Sometimes, it may not make sense to estimate the total price due to the time frame required to finish a multisession tattoo, where healing breaks may need to be increased to stabilize the budget.

  • What is the typical cost of a Japanese full sleeve tattoo?

Unfortunately, it is difficult to provide an exact total price for a tattoo sleeve. Each person's body reacts differently to the tattooing process, and the design itself may vary in complexity. Additionally, factors such as skin type and healing time can impact the overall cost. Estimates can only be provided after a detailed discussion and assessment of the design. Some sleeves may require 15 hours of work, while others may take up to 35 hours to complete.

  • How can I get a consultation?

It’s really easy to get your consultation, please click button below to learn the process and follow few simple steps.

  • What to do if I don’t need a consultation, I just have one simple question about tattoo.

  • I’ve never get tattooed before, what is the process? How can we start?

We specialize in creating custom tattoos, so we require a detailed discussion of your tattoo idea before getting started. To ensure that your idea is feasible, we ask that you provide a brief description and reference images for review. If the idea is workable, we will schedule a thorough discussion to further develop the design. If both you and the artist are in agreement, we can then schedule your first tattoo appointment to begin the process.

  • I have filled out your discussion request form, but I have yet to receive a response.

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 4-5 days, but occasionally messages may be missed due to incorrect email addresses or other factors. • Do I need to provide a deposit before moving in? Are there any specific payment arrangements or agreements that need to be signed before I pay my security deposit?

Yes, before booking your first tattoo appointment, it is important to carefully read and agree to our deposit and cancellation policy. A deposit of $500 (plus transaction fee) must be paid online through a payment link provided. This deposit secures your appointment and allows you to choose a date for your tattoo session. Please note that appointments cannot be booked without the required deposit.

  • Is there a way to expedite the process and begin my project ahead of schedule?

Creating a custom tattoo design is a time-consuming process, and there are other customers waiting ahead of you in the queue. This means that each tattoo design may not be ready until 1-2 weeks before your appointment. However, if you're looking for a quicker option, you can choose a design from our flash work collection.

  • When will my tattoo design be ready and how can I view it?

When you schedule your first tattoo appointment, you will be asked to provide photos and basic measurements of the body part to be tattooed. About 1-2 weeks before your appointment, you will receive a tattoo Photoshop mockup via email. This mockup will display the line work of your design on a photo or 3D model in an approximate position. At your first appointment, the artist will make any necessary adjustments to the design and finalize the placement. Shading and coloring will be added gradually over subsequent appointments, starting around the 3rd or 4th session.

  • Can I book a few appointments ahead?

Yes, this is the most effective method for scheduling appointments for extensive tattoo projects. However, due to the current high demand, appointments can only be booked individually. Once the date for your initial tattoo appointment is selected, you will receive a self-scheduling link that allows you to choose all of your subsequent appointment dates at your convenience.

  • What is the recommended break between tattoo appointments?

The time period between your tattoo appointments is considered a 'healing break,' which your body needs for proper healing. The actual healing time is individual and subjective, so we recommend taking at least a 3-4 week break. In most cases, this is long enough to ensure that the skin in the tattooed area is ready for more ink.

  • What is a typical length for each tattoo session?

The average tattoo session typically lasts around 4 hours. Longer sessions are not recommended as they can be too stressful for the body and may impede proper healing. For clients traveling from out of state, we offer "double-sessions" which consist of two consecutive days of 4-hour sessions. While this option can still be taxing on the body, it significantly reduces the number of trips needed for completion.

  • Can I cancel my appointment?

No. But you can still reschedule your appointment once if needed. However, please provide at least 72 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit, with no exceptions. Additionally, the new appointment must be booked within 30 days. After this period, a new deposit will be required to schedule your appointment.

  • Can I postpone my project?

The All Set tattoo project can be postponed for up to a year, though our rates may change during that time. If your project is exceeding your planned budget and that is the main reason for postponing it, we recommend starting your project as scheduled but increasing the breaks between your sessions. We suggest 3-4 week healing breaks, which can be extended if needed. This will help spread out your budget and make payments more manageable.
